This program combines the exact conditioning structure Glenn uses with his Teams, Individual Academy athletes, giving you:

High-rep, functional strength to build strong legs, a powerful core, and the durability needed for a long season — without bulking up or slowing down.
✔ Plyometrics for explosiveness on the field
Jumping, bounding and reactive work to improve first-step speed, acceleration and agility.
✔ Steady Zone 2 (or pace-based) running
Builds your aerobic base so you can run harder for longer and dominate in the fourth quarter.
✔ Simple, clear structure
This program includes 5 structured sessions per week (intervals, total body strength, plyometrics, and aerobic conditioning), a Saturday game/conditioning option, plus an optional Sunday recovery session.
